Application: circulation, lubrication and conveyance
Std (standard) ACE pumps come in two execution types; lubricating oil line and fuel line. The main difference lies in the shaft seal design, with V-type seals optimized for light-duty applications and T-type seals optimized for heavy-duty applications.
ACE pumps are used for a variety of different liquids:
lubricating oil, fuel oil, vegetable oil, hydraulic oil and other hydraulic fluids, polymers, emulsions, and any non-corrosive fluid with sufficient lubricating properties. If required, ACE pumps can be certified by any of the following classification societies: DNV, BV, LRS, ABS, RS, GL, RINA, KR, NK, RMR or Ccs.
The pump is designed to be mounted on the motor via a connecting frame and flexible coupling flange. The pump can be installed horizontally or vertically via angle brackets.
ACE pumps can also be mounted on valve group T4 or T5. As standard, the pump delivery includes a flange (IMO AB design).
