It is capable of non-emulsified liquid particle size separation of up to ~ 2μm and solid particle size separation reaching ~ 0.5μm (density above 1.08g/ml). Additionally, this separator effectively separates beer yeast particles sized between 5 ~ 8μm (density around 1.02g/ml).
