Working Principle of Separator
In the suspended liquid, multiple phase materials with different densities and indissolubilization obtain different sedimentation rates in the centrifugal force field.  Based on this principle, rapidly rotating the disc stake can generate a great G force & more great equivalent sedimentation area, which the differential phase materials can be separated in a short time.

Compared with the natural sedimentation method and the traditional filtration method, the disc separator has the following advantages:

Product Description

The separator  treats the separation of liquid/liquid/solid three-phase and liquid/solid two phase materials very efficiently
- The separated particle size of non-emulsified liquid could be ~ 2μm
- The solid particles(including  cell debris) less than 0.5 microns or smaller could be separated  (density above 1.02g/ml)

Cell collection is the key process in the production of all fermented drugs, and the choice of separation equipment has a significant impact on product quality, yield, and downstream processing costs.

DFBS and DQBS series models are specially developed for the biological fermentation industry. 7.What is your delivery terms?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, etc, based on the actual PO.

A: The actual delivery time depends on the product types & quantity of the actual PO.
For regular standard products, normally 3 to 30 working days after receiving deposit.
If you are in urgent need, we will do our best to expedite.
